EduSched

About

The flex-period operating system for K-12.

EduSched is a K-12 school platform that makes dedicated support time — flex periods, advisory, WIN, intervention blocks — and the big scheduling days around them actually work: accountable, integrated, and defensible to your compliance team.

What EduSched is

One platform for the school day's flexible time.

EduSched is the flex-period operating system for K-12 schools. It handles FlexTime session sign-ups with capacity limits and priority seating, a live attendance cockpit for administrators, QR check-in and hall passes, a student planner synced with Canvas and Google Classroom, Aeries integration for rosters and grades, seating charts with accommodations, counselor appointment and caseload routing, and special- and conference-day orchestration built on a published assignment algorithm — all behind a signable NDPA with per-school encryption and a hash-chained audit log.

In plain terms: schools use EduSched to make sure every student has a purposeful place to be during flexible time, that the right students get to the right teachers, and that families and compliance teams can trust the system underneath it. You can see the full product on the product page.

Where it came from

Built by people who ran the block.

EduSched was built by educators and engineers who have actually run flex periods and conference days — and lived the paper sign-up sheets, the crowded rooms, and the students who slipped through the cracks. The product started with a simple, stubborn goal: account for every student during flexible time without burning out the staff who make it happen.

Everything in the platform traces back to a real problem someone hit on a real school day. Priority seating exists because the students who needed help most kept getting shut out. The no-login parent link exists because families shouldn't need another account. The audit log and per-school encryption exist because student data deserves to be handled as carefully as we'd want our own children's data handled.

What we believe

Three commitments that shape every decision.

Every student accounted for

Flexible time only works when the school knows where every student is and the students who need help most get it first. Accountability isn't a report you run after the fact — it's the default state of the system.

Privacy as a feature

Student data privacy isn't a legal afterthought — it's something schools should be able to feel good about. Per-school encryption, a tamper-evident audit log, and a signable NDPA are built in from day one, not bolted on for a sale.

Schools own their data

The district is the owner of its education records, full stop. EduSched acts only on the school's instructions, exports data in a portable format on request, and deletes it completely when it's time. You can read the details on our security page.
