Students and families are expected to navigate an increasingly fragmented school technology environment. EduSched connects students, families, educators, and support teams around the day-to-day work of learning — so students spend less energy managing the system and more energy learning.
What EduSched is
EduSched integrates with the SIS, LMS, identity, and calendar systems schools already use rather than replacing them. Students get one place to see assignments, grades, missing work, tests, schedules, and daily priorities, with a built-in planner that helps them develop executive-functioning skills. Families get a parent link to the same planner. Teachers get reusable lesson planning, seating charts, classroom tools, student appointments, and intervention management. Counselors build caseloads from academic indicators and student self-referrals, and administrators manage schedules, special events, professional development, and intervention periods.
Our flex scheduling lets students choose intervention, office-hour, tutorial, or enrichment periods, and uses grades and missing assignments to recommend where they should go. EduSched does not depend on generative AI: recommendations come from explainable, deterministic academic signals. All of it sits behind a signable NDPA with per-school encryption and a tamper-evident audit log. You can see the full product on the product page.
Our team
Christina Hanna, Founder. Christina has spent 14 years in education as a middle school teacher and has served as a Teacher on Special Assignment (TOSA), supporting instructional, operational, and schoolwide needs beyond a single classroom. She is completing an administrative credential and is the parent of a middle schooler and a high schooler — so she sees the problems EduSched solves as a teacher, a parent, and an emerging school leader.
Chris Alexander, Technology & Product. Chris is a founder with experience building and operating SaaS products. He translates the workflows Christina encounters firsthand into working software, leading EduSched's architecture, integrations, and product development.
Together we combine deep, firsthand knowledge of K-12 classrooms, student support, and school systems with the technical experience to build scalable software. We built EduSched ourselves, without outside funding, and invested early in the privacy, documentation, and operational work needed to serve real schools — because we believe educators should have a much larger role in building education technology.
What we believe
Students rarely struggle because they can't do the work. They miss assignments, underestimate tests, or don't seek help early enough. EduSched makes those needs visible and actionable for students, families, and educators — and we're measuring the impact in structured school pilots.
Students with tutors and highly involved families can work around fragmented systems; many can't. EduSched puts planning, visibility, and support inside the school day, and helps schools reach students based on need — not on who self-advocates.
The district owns its education records, full stop. Per-school encryption, a tamper-evident audit log, and a signable NDPA are built in from day one. We act only on the school's instructions and delete data completely when it's time. Details are on our security page.
